Welcome to Ms. Lakeisha’s Aesthetic Academy (“the Academy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in our courses, accessing our website, or participating in any training offered by the Academy, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

Please read these terms carefully before registering.

Educational Purpose

All courses, trainings, materials, and resources provided by Ms. Lakeisha’s Aesthetic Academy are intended for educational purposes only.

Enrollment in a course does not grant licensure, scope of practice, or permission to perform services outside of your state or professional regulations. It is the student’s responsibility to understand and comply with local laws and licensing requirements.

Enrollment Agreement

By enrolling in a course, you agree to:

• Complete required coursework honestly
• Follow all Academy policies
• Maintain professional conduct in live and online learning environments

The Academy reserves the right to remove any student whose behavior disrupts the learning experience.

Payments and Fees

All course fees must be paid in full before course access is granted unless an approved payment arrangement is in place.

Prices are subject to change without notice; however, once enrolled, your course price will not be affected.

Kit-Based Courses

For courses that include mailed materials:

• Students are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
• The Academy is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
• Replacement kits may require an additional fee.

Kit contents are determined by the Academy and may be updated periodically to maintain educational quality.

Intellectual Property

All course materials are the exclusive property of Ms. Lakeisha’s Aesthetic Academy and are protected by copyright law.

This includes:

• Curriculum
• Videos
• Audio lessons
• Workbooks
• Guides
• Slides
• Assessments
• Downloadable materials

Students may NOT:

• Copy
• Share
• Resell
• Teach from
• Upload
• Distribute
• Reproduce

any Academy material without written permission.

Enrollment grants a single-user license for educational use only.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the course without refund and potential legal action.

Certificates

Certificates are awarded only after all course requirements have been successfully completed.

Certificates issued by Ms. Lakeisha’s Aesthetic Academy represent proof of education and are not equivalent to a professional license unless otherwise stated.

The Academy reserves the right to withhold a certificate if requirements are not met.

Self-Paced Courses with Live Training

Some courses may include optional or scheduled live training sessions.

Live sessions are offered as an enhancement to the learning experience and may have limited seating.

Students are responsible for reserving their seat using the designated process.

Access to recordings is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Academic Integrity

Students are expected to submit original work.

The Academy reserves the right to deny course completion or certification if assignments, reflections, or projects are found to be plagiarized or submitted dishonestly.

Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for maintaining access to:

• A reliable internet connection
• A functioning device
• Required software platforms

The Academy is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s end.

Refund Policy

All purchases are subject to the Academy’s Refund Policy. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to those terms.

Limitation of Liability

Ms. Lakeisha’s Aesthetic Academy is not liable for:

• Injuries resulting from improper technique
• Misuse of tools or products
• Practice performed outside of training guidelines
• Failure to follow safety instructions

Students assume full responsibility for how they apply the education received.
